By using AsWeShop or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. "AsWeShop" refers to the website available at asweshop.com. "You" refers to the user or buyer.

An order is only accepted when a confirmation message with an order number is sent. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order and will notify you immediately if this occurs.

All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs and COD fees are displayed clearly at checkout.

The currently available payment method is Cash on Delivery (COD). Card payments will be available soon.

We deliver to all Egyptian governorates. Delivery times and costs are listed on the Delivery & Returns page. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins. Returns are accepted within 14 days subject to the conditions detailed on the Delivery & Returns page.

AsWeShop is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the relevant order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Egyptian courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified on the site. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.
