Has anyone used wire lace in their beading?
I made a necklace with swarkowski and lampwork beads. I added wire lace when stringing....visualized it as being really nice. It was awful! How do you use wire lace?
Try using the lace as your base design, then adding beads on as accents. Also, most lace designs work best as chokers, so you can get the full effect of the lace without it getting all scrunched up. Also, keep in mind (and this is a good rule of thumb for all beading, not just with lace) a little goes a long way. Sometimes simplifying a design can strengthen it.
